This week I wanted to share a big win for one of my clients!
In August, we generated more than 30 leads for Affistash with a very tight budget.
I've been working with Vic at Affistash.com since late spring as a Fractional CMO and SaaS Launch Partner.
Since then we've been busy!
Throughout that time we have also been building sales and marketing systems that scale.
Sales systems -> CRM and a demo process
Inbound channels -> Blogs and social content
Outbound channels -> LinkedIn campaigns and cold email
The key part of lead gen with a small team is to automate processes using tools as much as possible.

Lead Generation Results for August:
31 leads
25 demos / sign-ups
$12,000 in MRR pipeline
Once we found our ICP, demos became seamless.
Instead of educating, we were able to start selling solutions to problems right away.
Now the product-led growth funnel is working too as we've had 3 paid users sign-up this week.
Bottom-line
Multi-channel marketing works.
Then once you find the channel bringing the most leads, double down!
