Henry is the founder of TricycleDay.com. He approached me in the spring of this year looking for an outsourced business partner who would help him grow WITHOUT giving up decision-making power. Building a business is difficult, and overwhelming. Prioritizing activities that move the needle takes focus. Henry decided to hire me as a business coach in April to sharpen his thinking, get organized, and ultimately level up his business. By August 2023, he went from nearly $0 in revenue to more than $35,000 from a variety of sources.
